Completed and signed forms and a check made payable to KBGH Swim Club should be returned to Nancy Hoffman at 5929 Elderberry Drive, Orefield, PA 18069 by May 13, 2012 .
All families will be expected to volunteer for jobs and food items for all of our meets. The amount of food/jobs will be determined by the number of families we have participating this year. Sign up sheets will be posted online prior to the meets.
