KBGH Private Party Terms

The Swim Club is available to Club members for Private Parties outside of normal scheduled hours.

  • Rental Lease  is required.
  • $50 Weekdays or Weekends plus lifeguard service
  • $50 Security Deposit
  • Noise Restrictions
  • No Live Bands
  • Chaperone Requirements
  • Two Lifeguards Required for under 50 guests
  • Three Lifeguards Required for 50 thru 75 guests
  • Four Lifeguards Required for 75 thru 100 guests
  • Lifeguards are paid $8.00 per hour per lifeguard
  • Must be Club Member to Rent Pool

The Pavilion may also be rented for a nominal fee. Please see the Pavilion Lease 

  • Half of the pavilion can be rented in one of two time periods: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (or pool closing, whichever is earlier)
  • Half of the pavilion (closest to the snack bar), and at least 1 grill must be kept open and accessible for the pool general membership at all times.
  • Guests are welcome but must pay our guest fee whether they are swimming or not. There is a limit of 25 non-member guests for the pavilion rental.
  • Fee is $20 and also requires a $20 security and cleaning fee deposit. The security and cleaning fee deposit is refundable in part of in whole depending on the condition of the pavilion rental area and the grills.
