Bond Refund Policy

  1. Please provide a signed letter stating your desire to request a bond refund

  2. Be sure that the letter is signed and dated by named bondholder(s). Typically the named bondholders are the husband and wife and the bond is joint property of both parties.

  3. Be sure to provide your address on file with KBGH Swim Club. If you are relocating, be sure to provide your new address.

  4. The original bond certificate should be returned, however; bond can be refunded without returning the original certificate. The KBGH club records will be the official record of list of bondholders.

  5. Bonds will be refunded according to the Club’s By-Laws. For every new bond issued, the Club will refund one bond.
